Introduction

Homi is an AI powered educational tool operated by SuperKalam (Company name: Snapstack Technologies Private Limited). It allows students to upload images handwritten and receive instant feedback and evaluation just like a human evaluator.

By accessing or using Homi, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Homi Privacy Policy, as applicable.

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Who Can Use This Platform

The platform is intended for K12 students.

If the user is below 18 years of age, access is permitted only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the platform, it is assumed that the parent or legal guardian has reviewed and approved the student's access and use of the platform.

Homi may, in the future, introduce additional verification or consent mechanisms to validate parental or guardian approval.

Nature of the Service

Homi is currently an alpha stage product.

The evaluations, feedback, or explanations provided are AI generated and may contain errors or limitations.

The platform does not replace a teacher, tutor, or human evaluator.

Given the alpha nature of the product, certain features, safeguards, or controls may evolve over time.

User Submissions

Users may upload images of maths problems or solutions.

Users must ensure that uploaded content:

• Does not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful material.
• Does not include personal information of third parties.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Homi a limited license to process it solely for providing the service and improving the product.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Upload content unrelated to educational purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the AI system.

Homi reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for misuse.

Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, AI models, and content (excluding user uploads) belong to Homi.

No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Homi shall not be liable for academic outcomes, incorrect evaluations, or reliance on AI feedback.
• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction.

Grievance Redressal

In accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Homi has appointed a Grievance Officer.
